Jing (Freeware / Windows, Mac OS) is another screen capture software from TechSmith, that created SnagIt and Camtasia. It can capture images, record video from your screen with audio and share the recordings online.

Editor's note: The idea of sharing your recordings is brilliant, but I don't really like that Jing forces me to use Internet (create account,...) when I just want to record video to my hard disk.
