HiDownload and NetTransport: Common problems downloading Real Media, Real Video and Real Audio streams
PNM protocol
If you receive errors when downloading Real Audio and Real Video streams with HiDownload and NetTransport like in the example below
Socket Error #10061, Connection refused by server
Error: Disconnect
Connecting host failed,10 second, reconnect
DNS failure. Error #11004
most probably you're trying to download the stream through PNM protocol. See whether the URL starts with pnm://.
In this case follow the instructions describing protocol/port change or use alternative software like Mass Downloader.
