Problems like still frames, distorted audio or video are very common when downloading streaming video/audio. Sometimes recorders fail to get 100% of a media clip.

If you experience problems like this first of all check your bandwidth settings. Set the bandwidth to the maximal value you can use with your connection.

Also try to record the same stream using only one thread! The recorders sometimes have problems joining the results of separate threads.
